Shaplet Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Shaplet, operated by Parker Phillips, doing business as Th3RedStudio. By selecting the agreement checkbox and continuing, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. They apply to registered accounts and guest play. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact support@th3redstudio.com with questions.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are below the age of legal majority or cannot enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use. You must also meet any higher applicable age or parental-authorization requirements.

Your account and guest play

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your activity to the extent permitted by law. Do not share another person's credentials or impersonate anyone.

Guests have an online player identity and saved records. Without a registered sign-in, a guest identity may not be recoverable after reinstalling, clearing storage, or changing devices. Do not assume that creating a separate account automatically transfers an existing guest account's records. Pro purchases require a registered Shaplet account.

Game access and generation credits

Shaplet currently includes free gameplay, paid Pro features, and optional rewarded ads. Today's Daily puzzle is free. Access to past Daily boards and unlimited Endless generation requires active verified Pro access. Feature availability can vary by platform. All future game modes released within Shaplet are included in both Pro plans, with their levels fully unlocked and no ad unlocks required, while your verified Pro access is active. This inclusion applies when each mode is released; no particular release schedule or launch date is promised.

Non-Pro Endless generation uses generation credits. New eligible player identities currently receive three starting credits. A credit is spent when a generated puzzle is successfully saved. Deleting, abandoning, restarting, or replaying a puzzle does not refund a spent credit. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable or redeemable for money, and are not an investment or financial account.

Rewarded ads are optional and depend on inventory, eligibility, connectivity, and provider rules. Closing an ad early does not earn a reward. Credits require a valid, server-verified reward; an on-device completion message alone is not proof. Verification can be delayed. We may correct duplicated or fraudulent rewards and address service errors consistent with your legal rights. Do not create identities or manipulate requests to evade allowances.

Shaplet Pro subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans provide the same Pro access for different billing periods, including all future Shaplet game modes as they are released while your Pro access is active. The store purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, taxes, renewal period, and any offer terms before you confirm. A yearly plan is billed as a single annual payment unless the store explicitly offers and describes another arrangement.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the store's rules. Manage or cancel through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal and leaves access through the paid period, subject to the store's terms. Deleting Shaplet, deleting a Shaplet account, or signing out does not cancel store billing.

Refunds and billing disputes are handled through the store where you purchased, subject to its policies and mandatory law. We do not limit any refund or consumer rights you have under applicable law. Restore purchases using the original store account and the appropriate Shaplet account. Contact support if access is not restored; availability across platforms depends on account linkage and verification.

Paid access depends on successful store and server verification. A temporary network or provider interruption can delay access. Existing saved puzzles do not require a new generation credit to resume, but internet access is needed for cloud services and some access checks.

Permitted use and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use Shaplet as intended. Shaplet's software, artwork, branding, and other content remain owned by us or our licensors. You may share results using the app's sharing tools. You retain rights to original content you provide, such as puzzle names, and permit us to store and display it as needed to operate the service.

Do not exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive requests, bypass payment or access controls, falsify results or rewards, distribute malware, infringe others' rights, or interfere with other players. Reverse engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Report security issues to support@th3redstudio.com.

Changes, suspension, and ending use

You can stop using Shaplet at any time. Contact support@th3redstudio.com to request account deletion. We may suspend or restrict access for material violations, fraud, legal requirements, or a serious security risk. Where appropriate and practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a problem. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and we may require a new agreement before continued use. We will not use a change to remove rights that applicable law protects. If we discontinue a paid feature or the service, we will address affected subscriptions and available remedies under store rules and applicable law.

Service limitations and your legal rights

We aim to provide reliable gameplay but do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent preservation of every save, or that all generated content will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties beyond those required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Shaplet. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer guarantees, fraud, or other protected claims. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive class-action rights.

Contact support@th3redstudio.com first if you have a concern. Applicable law determines jurisdiction and your non-waivable rights; these Terms do not deprive you of protections or access to courts available under that law. Apple, Google, and other providers have their own terms for the services they supply. Apple is not responsible for providing Shaplet support.
